JSP group has rewarded Cimprogetti’s world-class technology with highly prestigious contracts.
Jindal Steel Odisha Ltd. (JSOL) adds no. 3 Twin shaft vertical kilns Vanguard 15, 600 tpd nominal capacity each and fueled with mixed gas + BOF + COG, to integrate the existing 4-kilns production plant at Angul, Odisha.
The other lime kiln model Vanguard 15, 600 tpd nominal capacity, also fueled with mixed gas + BOF + COG, will integrate Raigarh site.
Both the production plants are supervised and controlled through BOT Platform™, purposely developed by Cimprogetti to minimize any deviation from safety, environmental, efficiency, and product quality targets.
The use of lean gas in regenerative kilns represents a turning point to make the future use of alternative fuels for lime calcination more fluid and reliable, as well as representing an important economic benefit.
Of Cimprogetti’s 50 lime kilns in India, 37 use secondary fuel. Starting from India, Cimprogetti demonstrates that lime calcination can be a more sustainable process.
The kilns are 100% designed by our technical department in Dalmine, Italy, while part of the equipment is purchased on the Indian market and assembled by Cimprogetti of India Pvt. Ltd.
